Din 2005 mergem aproape anual în Istanbul și de-a lungul anilor am încercat să stăm de fiecare dată în altă zonă a orașului vechi, Sultanahmet. O singură dată, pe la începuturi, am revenit la un hotel pentru că ne plăcuse foarte mult recepționerul și copiii și-au dorit să îl revadă și o dată am refuzat o cazare proastă și hotelul ne-a propus o alternativă la un hotel de 5* (Green Park), dar muuult în afara orașului vechi.
