Am ajuns la hotel cu un grup de copii, noi fiind insotitori (tata, mama plus copilul). Inca de la sosire am avut dificultati, in sensul ca pe voucher figura un set de camere (duble si triple), iar ei aveau camere de 1,3, si 4 locuri. Dupa o discutie in contradictoriu cu receptionerii, care nu au vrut sub nicio forma sa ne puna in legatura cu doamna manager, am reusit sa impartim copiii si insotitorii pe camere.
