Rezervarea facuta cu 6luni in avans via booking.com, pt care hotelul Golden Sunset a perceput inca de la rezervare pretul integral al sejurului, a fost anulata cu 5 zile inainte de prima zi de concediu, fara nicio explicatie. Ne-au anuntat pe Whatsup nu pe mesageria Booking, au amenintat ca daca luam prin booking alt hotel mai scump, last minute, nu vor achita nicio diferenta desi asta implica politica lor, nu au raspuns la mesaje si tel 3 saptamani pana cand Booking.com, dupa zeci de emailuri [...] — citește
