Cea mai proasta vacanta in Borovets

Hotelul are rating de 3 stele. In realitate si o margareta este mult. Camere mici si urat mirositoare. Paturi mici si meschine, cu lenjeria care nu iti garanteaza ca a fost spalata, mucegaiul este prezent pe pereti si in mirosul din camera. Personalul este total neprietenos. Am platit in Octombrie rezervare pentru 6 camere la pret de 100 euro pe noapte aprox. iar la sosire in Februarie 2023 am aflat ca o camera nu este disponibila pentru ca “altii si-au schimbat rezervarea” .
