Vila era perfecta pentru petreceri (lui Sebastian ii placea sa dea petreceri mari si sa invite personalitati) ocazie cu care a venit si arhitectul Frank Lloyd Wright care spunea ca vila este cea mai frumoasa constructie pe care a vazuto.
