Hotelul este situat in South Kensington, intr-o zona eleganta, cu multa verdeata, magazine, pub-uri. Kensington street (magazine de brand), Palatul Kensington, Victoria & Albert Museum, Harrods sunt in apropiere, se poate ajunge atat pe jos cat si cu metroul. La cca 2 minute de hotel se afla statia de metrou Gloucester Road, pe Picadilly line.
