Vizita pe gigantii stancosi, cu manastirile Metamorfosis si Varlaam, parca agatate intre cer si pamant, lin spatiul dincolo de lume, incercand sa ajunga pana la Dumnezeu, poate ne-a imbunat putin. Kalambaka (Eghinion), aflata la capatul primelor ridicaturi ale muntilor Pindului, sub minunatele stanci ale Meteorei, are o catedrala cu amvon din marmura, inchinata Adormirii Maicii Domnului.
