Baku sau cand banii nu sunt o problema

Am avut surpriza sa gasesc in acest oras un modernism surprinzator, cum nu gasesti in orasele Europene. Peste tot sunt zgarie-nori din sticla si metal. Marea problema este ca aceste cladiri de minim 300 de metri in sus sunt goale si nici nu sunt sanse sa fie populate prea curand. Banii care se cheltuie aici provin din exploatarea gazelor si petrolului.
