Impresii conditii cazare si half boarding

Conditiile de cazare nu corespund cerintelor de 4*, si anume: curatenie sumara, prosoape schimbate la 3ZILE!!! si asta doar daca reclami, aerul conditionat disfunctional, miros de igrasie. Personalul, cu mici exceptii, cu un comportament lipsit de amabilitate, nici macar aceea comerciala obligatorie. Un hotel confortabil

Am fost cazat la Hotel Lavris din statiunea Kato Gouves, la vreo 8 km de Heraklion, in perioada 13 - 20.06.2009. Mare atentie insa referitor la hotel… denumirea exacta este Complex Lavris, alcatuit din Lavris Paradise - 4*, si Lavris Hotel and Bungalows – 3*plus. Deoarece eu mi-am luat biletul in graba, nu prea am avut timp sa caut inainte multe informatii; agentia de la care am cumparat sejurul mi-a prezentat Lavris Paradise, cand am primit voucherul pe el scria Lavris Hotel & Bungalows [...] — citește
