Amazing Turkey / Extraordinara Turcie

I don't know why those persons say that Belek Beach Resort Hotel is characterised by low quality services. It's not true. For 2 years my family and I are spending our holidays in this hotel. The personal is very kind and gentle. Is true that we have to wait a couple of hours at the reception in order to get a room but it isn't their thought.
