Un hotel/casa de oaspeti mai degraba modest. Accesul in unele camere se face aproape direct din strada Primorska, nr. 13 pe niste scari inguste. Intimitatea camerelor este realizata doar tinand permanent jaluzelele trase. Mobilier modest dar functional si comod, camerele au aer conditionat. Baie cu dus fara cadita, cu scurgere in podea (riscuri de accident). Micul dejun, inclus in pret, a fost mai mult decat modest. Personalul nu cunoaste engleza sau romana.
