Aventura a inceput in Bucuresti, odata cu imbarcarea in autocarul care avea sa ne poarte spre cea mai nordica dintre insulele ionice. Drumul a fost lung si obositor, aproximativ 22 de ore Traversarea Bulgariei s-a facut fara probleme, iar mare parte din Grecia am strabatut-o noaptea. Dimineata pe la ora 6. 00 s-a facut un popas mai lung, de vreo ora, la Metsovo, pentru ca urma o portiune de vreo 200 km de serpentine fara posibilitati de oprire.
