Drumul - Am plecat din Istanbul spre Ankara. Am intrat pe centura orasului unde am ignorat indicatorul de Nevsehir, care ne ducea si la Lacul Sarat (pe care l-am vazut in 2010) si am tinut indicatorul de Kayseri. Din Ankara si pina in Cappadochia (Goreme) sunt aproximativ 300 Km. Goreme - Orasul se afla pe D765 la 20 km de Nevsehir si este o baza foarte buna pentru explorarea oraselor dimprejur (Avanos, Zelve, Urgup, Uchisar), cu hoteluri mici obisnuite sau hoteluri/pensiuni tip "cave".
