Hotelul este situat in statiunea Zlatibor din Serbia, pe o straduta si intr-o locatie linistite, aproape de centrul statiunii (la 5 minute de mers pe jos). Este un hotel mic, cochet, deschis in 2011, care cuprinde camere duble, studio-uri si apartamente si are o parcare privata. Statiunea Zlatibor este amplasata la aproximativ 1000 m altitudine, cu multa vegetatie, are o intindere vasta si abunda de locuri de cazare (vile, case, hoteluri).
