Oumou Sangaré -Wayeina O experienta unica! Am avut ocazia sa calatoresc de doua ori in Djibouti, in anul 2001, respectiv 2003. In interes de serviciu, dar binenteles, am avut timp destul sa luam pulsul orasului. Pentru cei care stiu prea putin despre Djibouti, trebuie sa spun ca este capitala statului cu acelasi nume, fiind pozitionat in Africa de est, avand la nord Eritreea, la vest Etiopia, iar la sud Somalia.
